The Leads Assistant takes on the responsibility of researching prospective leads in clients' target markets, identifying appropriate leads, and maintaining the client's CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) Task
- Harvest and prepare list of leads to be called on a specific day
- Update client's CRM which include adding call notes, adding new tasks, and scheduling callbacks
- Ensure that there are no pending tasks by end of business day
- Manage and reply to emails from leads
- Research prospective leads in targeted markets and identify appropriate contacts
- Maintain and expand database of prospects within targeted markets
- Performs ad hoc tasks when needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant field
- Ability to research and identify key influencers and decision makers
- Strong knowledge on online tools such as UDA, Cloudinary, and Online Gantt Chart
- Experience maintaining databases of prospects within targeted markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Organized, energetic, positive, self-directed and self-confident individual with high personal integrity and a collaborative personality
- Proficient with internet search tools and other databases
